Premier and Division 1 East/West

Results to date in both the Men’s and Women’s Division show that the competition for the one promotion place will be hotly contested this season with Holcombe 2, Aldershot & Farnham and Old Georgians 2s leading the way in the Men’s and Old Georgians 1s and Brighton & Hove 1 in the Women’s.   Old Georgians W1s will be especially keen to maintain their record after narrowly missing out on promotion last year.

With several clubs with 100% records in Division 1 East and West for both Men and Women competition is also going to be fierce for the promotion spot.  It is also good to see positive starts for many of the promoted sides.

Martlets, Invicta and Oaks

Although some divisions have been disrupted by withdrawals overall the number of conceded games is down on last year which is encouraging.  A number of the promoted sides from last year are performing well in their new divisions with special mention to Knole Park, Chertsey Thames Valley W1, Purley M1 and OG W3 leading their new divisions.
