Paul Shackman - Celebration Arrangements

Following Paul Shackman’s passing we now have more details about arrangements for Paul’s send off. 

Date: Tuesday April 28^th 2026 at 11am but gathering in the car park is from 10:30am.

Address: Gordon Chapel, 20 Sompting Road, Broadwater, Worthing, BN14 9EW.

It will not be a funeral as such in the more traditional manner. It will be a celebration of life followed by a wake. The cremation is a very private affair which guests are not invited to attend.

But there are only 60 seats in the Chapel with, maybe, 10 standing places so some folk in the car park may not be able to enter --- family and close friends first of course.

Dress is not black --- casual bright colours - like hockey shirts - are encouraged.
