South East to Host EH Flyerz Fest in September

South East Hockey is committed to helping our clubs become more inclusive in their hockey offering.

We’re delighted that we’ll be hosting the EH Flyerz Fest South at Tonbridge School on Sunday 15^th September (being arranged by Tunbridge Wells Flyerz).

Flyerz Hockey is the name widely associated with grassroots disability inclusive hockey in England. All Flyerz Clubs are friendly and inclusive, welcoming disabled and non-disabled people of all ages and abilities as well as their families. The sessions and equipment are adapted as required to ensure inclusivity of any disability and long-term health condition.

Whether you’re a player already involved in Flyerz or one who wants to try it out for the first time, the Flyerz Fest is the perfect opportunity to meet your fellow Flyerz and clubs that offer this wonderful route into hockey.

Similarly, if you are a club considering starting a Flyerz section, it is a great chance to meet up with and quiz other clubs that are already up and running or that are just starting out on their Flyerz journey. In either case, you’ll discover that it’s much easier than you might think as well as being a huge amount of fun and highly rewarding.
